Rimini Rimini bags and backpacks are handmade by recycling used beach umbrellas from the Adriatic Riviera. Years ago we came across a big beach furniture manufacturer Ombrellificio Magnani, whose business included the collection of too seasoned umbrellas from the beach resorts, in order to get them re-dressed. The company used to throw away the old fabrics, but agreed to hand them out to us, to bring them to a new life.

The color range of the fabrics goes from the classic blue and white stripes to very old-fashioned patterns, while preserving their endurability and waterproof properties: the bags are lovely hand-made in unique pieces crafted in Italy.

Particular care is given to combine a vintage palette together with nautical ropes and floats, in order to create a sentimental reminiscence of summertime: the long and warm hours spent under the beach umbrellas, from the sand castles of our childhood to the first teenage love stories born by the seaside.
